Once you have created your account, your online scheduler can be accessible by your clients from your AppointmentMemo Site Address. (http://you.appointmentmemo.com). AppointmentMemo has also partnered with Paypal to make it easy for your clients to pay online using their credit card, debit card or directly from a bank account when scheduling an appointment with you.

Manage your appointments & availability

Your overview page shows you at a glance what appointments you have for the week, unconfirmed appointments and upcoming appointments for today and tomorrow. From your overview page, you can confirm and cancel appointments, manage your availability & preview appointment details.

Customize your scheduling page & emails

  • Create your own distinct look-and-feel consistent with your existing website or brand name by modifying the layout, text, and images of your calendars.
  • Collect any additional information from your clients by adding custom form fields.
  • Use customised templates for confirmation, cancellation, and reminder emails to automate your booking process.

Receive notifications & send reminders automatically

When a client books an appointment an automatic notification email will be sent to you. You also have the option to receive a daily email summary of all your appointments you have for the day. Configure reminder emails to be sent to the client at a specified time before the appointment.

Integrate with your existing website

Easily integrate your online scheduler into your existing website. You can also link directly to your scheduling page, or share it via email and instant messenger.

Export your appointments

AppointmentMemo allows you to easily export your appointments into an iCalender (.ics) format which is compatible with Outlook, Apple ICal, Google Calendar, Thunderbird and many more (view full list).

AppointmentMemo also provides a flexible interface to easily export selected appointment information into a .csv format (Excel).
